Full or Partial Charity Care Information

Financial assistance may be available for patients, depending on income, assets, family size and medical needs. Eligibilityis based on Federal Poverty Guidelines. Assistance may be available in the form of free services or reduced rates.

Prompt Pay Discounts

Our Prompt Pay discount offers a 30% reduction on accounts paid in full within 30 days of receiving a statement.

Clinic Sliding Scale

The Clinic Sliding Scale is a flat rate fee for the qualified individual seeking care in one of our five rural health clinics.
